Weekends and holidays, regular fee 18,000 yen / 1 hour (+tax)
※The Company Members fee ¥12,600(+tax)/1h 30% discount, ¥87,500/1 day (9: 00 ~ 21: 00)
Payment
Please pay in cash or credit card at the reception desk on the day.

1 projector (The connection terminal is HDMI.) And 4 wired microphones

※Cancellation Charges
· Same day ~ 5 days before scheduled date 100%
· Within 6 ~ 14 days before scheduled date 70%
· 15 days before scheduled date or during application date 50%

Usage hours include preparation, entrance, and exit.
Compensation for damage or loss of equipment will be charged.
If transport, placement, or removal of items, exhibits etc. are delayed and the
operation is hindered, additional extension fee will be charged separately.
Please bear in mind that you are liable for any human and non-natural hindrances
that occur while using rental space.
We will accept request for extension of use
only when reservation was not made on the same day.
The interior is completely smoke - free.
Members' meeting room usage time is until the closing time of each store.
